Week 1 Tasks:
This week, we’ll begin by exploring the EULEP platform to understand its structure, tools, and learning experience. Your insights during this piloting phase are essential to ensuring that the platform meets the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across different regions.
Explore the Platform:
- Spend some time navigating through the AI for Business Users training pathway on Moodle. Focus on understanding the platform layout, accessing the learning materials, and completing any initial quizzes and reviewing the assignments available in the first unit.
- Familiarize yourself with the tools and resources that will support learning, such as discussion forums, assessment formats, and any interactive elements.
Initial Review of Content and Learning Outcomes:
- Look over the learning outcomes for Module 1 and the first few units. Consider whether they are clear, relevant, and achievable within the framework of the training.
- Reflect on whether these outcomes seem aligned with the skills and knowledge that SMEs might need to adopt and implement AI solutions effectively.
Participate and leave a reflection in the Forum Discussion:
- After exploring, share your first impressions in this forum. Here are some questions to guide your reflections:
- Platform Usability: How easy is it to navigate the EULEP platform? Are there any challenges or particularly helpful features you’ve encountered?
- Learning Materials: Do the materials seem engaging and relevant so far? Do they align with your expectations for this training?
- Learning Outcomes: Are the learning outcomes for the first few units clear? Do they match what you anticipate as necessary skills or knowledge for AI in business?
- Quizzes and Assignments: Share your thoughts on the clarity, relevance, and format of the quizzes and assignments. Do they seem effective for testing knowledge, application in real-world scenarios and engaging learners?
Your input is crucial in making sure this platform is ready for its next phases. We’re looking forward to hearing your feedback and ideas for improvement as well as explore ways to deliver complex course content as we work together to prepare EULEP for country-level adaptation and regional capacity building.
