After a very insightful webinar last week from Josep Carmona from Process Talks, which focused on Business Process Automation and real world use cases of AI integration in Enterprise, we are coming to the close of our pilot Train the Trainer course. Remember, the overall goal of the course is to critically test and validate the Learning Platform, so that we can effectively scale and amplify the impact of EULEP throughout Spain in the final phase of the implementation, which will take place in 2025.
As we approach the final week, this is your opportunity to refine your understanding, improve your online teaching skills, and prepare to provide actionable feedback on the EULEP platform and training materials.
Your Tasks This Week on the platform, please dedicate an hour or two to reviewing course materials through the following steps.
- Reflect on Your Learning Experience:
- Think about your experience so far. Which aspects of the course have been most impactful for you?
- Are there areas where you still feel uncertain or need additional support before delivering this training to EULEP learners?
- Engage in Peer Feedback:
- Provide constructive feedback to Week 4´s prompt or one of the previous prompts in the discussion forum (you may respond in Spanish, Catalan, or English). Focus on the clarity, practicality, and alignment of the overall course with the stated learning outcomes.
- Prepare for Final Feedback:
- Begin jotting down your thoughts on the EULEP platform and training program. Consider:
- What worked well?
- What could be improved?
- How do you envision applying this training to in-company business contexts?
- Your feedback will be formally collected next week through the mandatory participant survey. You will only receive a digital certificate of participation and completion for the course if you complete the feedback survey.
